Shipping your package

Packages are generally created and shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via La Poste, Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Colis Privé, Delivengo or Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature (depending on the buyer's choice). Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online. 

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

Les shipping terms

IRates are calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the package and the country of destination.

They start from €4.59 for a relay point shipment and €5.59 for a Colissimo shipment for France.

Shipments are generally made within 24 to 48 hours after the preparation of your order by our service.

The delivery will be made by La Poste, or by a carrier corresponding best to the delivery of your order.

During promotions or holidays, the site may face a very large number of requests, which may extend order preparation times.

The delivery is made by the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient or, in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.

Please note that all orders are shipped from France.

For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer (partial shipment). The customer only pays for one delivery. Satisfied or refunded

It is up to the customer to keep any proof of return, namely a return by registered parcel or by any other means giving a certain date to its dispatch. In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, CoinCaillerie is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs.
