Shipping your package
Packages are generally created and shipped within 7 days of receipt of payment. They are sent via La Poste, Mondial Relay, Relais Colis, Colis Privé, Delivengo or Chronopost with a tracking number and delivered with or without a signature (depending on the buyer's choice). Whatever delivery method you choose, we send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as postage. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items.
Box sizes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.
Les shipping terms
IRates are calculated according to the dimensions and weight of the package and the country of destination.
They start from €4.59 for a relay point shipment and €5.59 for a Colissimo shipment for France.

Shipments are generally made within 24 to 48 hours after the preparation of your order by our service.
The delivery will be made by La Poste, or by a carrier corresponding best to the delivery of your order.
During promotions or holidays, the coincaillerie.fr site may face a very large number of requests, which may extend order preparation times.
The delivery is made by the direct delivery of the product to the announced recipient or, in case of absence, to another person authorized by the customer. Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
Please note that all orders are shipped from France.
In addition, for deliveries outside mainland France, the customer agrees to pay all taxes due on the importation of products, customs duty, value added tax, and all other taxes due under the laws of the country. of receipt of the order
For reasons of availability, an order may be delivered in several installments to the customer (partial shipment). The customer only pays for one delivery. If the customer wishes 2 places of delivery, he places 2 orders, with the related delivery costs. For an order containing pre-order items, it will be fully shipped as soon as all items are available.

Satisfied or refunded
The essential characteristics of the articles are always presented on coincaillerie.fr in each of the article sheets. The Customer is fully informed that the images, photos and colors of the items offered for sale may however not correspond to the actual colors under the effect of the Internet browser of the screen used.
The Customer, if he is not satisfied, has a period of 14 days from the date of shipment to return it and obtain a refund of the sums already paid. This period includes the legal withdrawal period of seven days provided for in articles L121-20 and following of the Consumer Code.
The legal right of withdrawal and the "satisfied or refunded" guarantee do not apply to articles made according to specific customer requirements or to clearly personalized articles. As well as underwear and adult objects.

The item must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging and accompanied by a return slip, to the address indicated on this return slip. Items returned incomplete, damaged, worn or soiled will not be taken back.
The returned item will be refunded to the customer within a maximum period of 14 days from its receipt by CoinCaillerie
It is up to the customer to keep any proof of return, namely a return by registered parcel or by any other means giving a certain date to its dispatch. The refund will be made by crediting the amount to be refunded to the customer's bank account debited during the transaction, or by a credit note (excluding postage).

In the event of exercise of the right of withdrawal, CoinCaillerie is required to reimburse the sums paid by the customer, free of charge, with the exception of return costs. The return costs as well as the risks associated with the return of the product are in all cases the responsibility of the customer. However, the coincaillerie will not re-invoice the transport costs in the event of an exchange.
